I'm giving this place 2 stars because this website is about DELIVERY service, not just the food. The food is very good, but you have to be willing to wait. We have ordered from this place 4 times (because the food IS good) and every time, they have been well beyond late. Once, it was literally 2.25 hrs late and the food, by then, was COLD. Tonight, we are now 30 minutes over the latest time quoted. And we just got a phone call from them that they'll be ANOTHER 15 minutes. Never again. No food is this good. The place isn't even a mile away and it takes them this long?. I can't believe GrubHub keeps them on ... being the face to the customer, it reflects poorly on them, as well, to allow this to continue. I've seen other reviews with similar complaints and I just can't give this place more than 2 stars. The food is good, but if the food was all that mattered, I'd get in my car and drive there. It's the delivery I came to this site for and it's the delivery that is poor. more

the food was absolutely delicious, but horrendously overpriced. first: five dollar delivery fee. plus tax. then: 16 dollars for a plate of chicken and a cup, cup-n-half of rice. there was maybe 1 cup of chicken and 3 cups sauce in the plate. the samosas: 5 bucks for two. gulub jamun: 3 tiny balls the size of very small walnut. 5 dollars. not at all good value for the money?not in the bronx, not in jackson heights, and not anywhere. i paid 40 dollars. i feel gouged. more

So long as you're willing to wait for, potentially, an hour, the food is worth ordering -- it's really good, and their rice is excellent. However, I wouldn't advise ordering any breads, since they're soggy upon arrival due to delivery time. more
