I'm giving this place 2 stars because this website is about DELIVERY service, not just the food. The food is very good, but you have to be willing to wait. We have ordered from this place 4 times (because the food IS good) and every time, they have been well beyond late. Once, it was literally 2.25 hrs late and the food, by then, was COLD. Tonight, we are now 30 minutes over the latest time quoted. And we just got a phone call from them that they'll be ANOTHER 15 minutes. Never again. No food is this good. The place isn't even a mile away and it takes them this long?. I can't believe GrubHub keeps them on ... being the face to the customer, it reflects poorly on them, as well, to allow this to continue. I've seen other reviews with similar complaints and I just can't give this place more than 2 stars. The food is good, but if the food was all that mattered, I'd get in my car and drive there. It's the delivery I came to this site for and it's the delivery that is poor.
