Wonderful 6/2/2011

I wanted to take the time to let you know how wonderful my husband and I thought Matt and Todd were. We had a pipe break underneath our kitchen sink. After calling several after hours plumbing services we were relieved to hear that they were able to assist us almost immediately. Ironically, we were entertaining guests and were so grateful their staff was able to assist us in such a timely manner. Matt and Todd were friendly, professional, informative and very proficient at their trade. I believe calling a plumber is a daunting task for most of us due to the high costs generally associated with the trade. It certainly made our experience less troublesome having had such a pleasurable experience with their superb staff. more

I've never appreciated Hot Water so much in my life! 5/19/2011

Recently Matt replaced our Water Heater, replaced some pipes and got everything to code for us. You can trust this man anywhere. He had a lot of work to do and it took awhile. Our only stress was worrying about him starving. I would've offered food, but I knew that he wouldn't stop to eat. He worked so hard and always kept a smile on his face. What a trooper! I've never appreciated Hot Water so much in my life! more

Over priced!!! 5/12/2011

The techs at Neerings are very smart at what they do. They anwsered all of my questions and are very friendly. My only thought is that they are WAY over priced!! Mr. Neerings is going to price himself out of buisness. In todays economy you cant be charging 400+ an hour for jobs. If he wants to stay in business which i hope he does(quilty of work is great) he needs to lower his prices!!! more

Will not use 4/22/2011

We received a quote from Neerings. We were told our reverse osmosis unit was not made anymore and it could not be serviced. A replacement and install was $1,328.00. To replace a saddle valve on a copper pipe was $212.00. To replace and install our garbage disposal was $434.00 which was 50% off. A competitor's quote was $469.00 to service the reverse osmosis, re place and install the disposal and replace the saddle valve. more
