Best carpet cleaning company ever. Neat Nix was very professional and was very easy to work with. The capet and even the couch had great results. Amazing carpet cleaning and very nice people 1/14/2010

Neat Nix came in to our home and did a unbelievable job. We didn't believe that some of the marks in the carpet could even come out. Needless to say Neat Nix worked their magic. Neat Nix far exceeded my expectations. I have used many other companies for the care of my carpets but none have come close to my experience with Neat Nix. Neat Nix is a very detail oriented and responsive company. I called them in a rush to get my carpet cleaned before xmas and they were very responsive and prompt to make appointment with you and give you a clear quote. The price is very reasonable. They cleaned up every corners that you want and the carpet looks great afterwards. They are also very customer oriented which is very important to me. Great Work, Great Service 1/1/2010

Nick and his son were able to come clean my carpets the day after I contacted them. They even showed up early. Carpet cleaning went really fast and the result was great. My carpets look awesome. They are very friendly and very professional. They took the time to put down floor mats and other things to make sure my place would not get dirty or dinged up. Great Service 12/23/2009

Nick was very easy to work with. He was able to get me an appointment within 2 days, even right before Christmas, which I really appreciated. He didn't try to upsell me anything (I have tile in the entry way, but Nick didn't try to sell me tile and grout cleaning). He provided me with a bid in writing (on computer), with a break-down, and I was able to drop one component that was out of my price range. Overall, reasonably priced, my carpet looks great, and I am thrilled that the place doesn't smell like chemicals. Also, even though I don't live in an upscale house, Nick was very careful in my home, and treated my furniture with utmost respect. Pros: no chemical smell, carpet looks great more

Nick did a fantastic job on my carpet! He even got a really tough stain out. His customer service is top notch-- making a second visit to reapply a special stain remover. He really cares about doing an excellent job and has great communication. Deciding how to clean my carpet was a difficult one- I debated between renting carpet cleaner or hiring a professional. I am so glad I chose Nick. His prices are reasonable and he did a fantastic job. more

Great Service &Price- Good bye Carpet Stains! 12/3/2009

Neat Nix provided honest and realiable service. My wife and I have two small children and we paid 50% more last year and many of the stains were still left on the carpet. I work in procurement and always bid out and complete a quality and cost analysis at work. We decided to do the same this year and I called up 5 different companies. Nick was referred to me by a friend, who is rather picky, so I knew he would do a good job. He came and bid the job beforehand and then did an excellent job cleaning my carpet stairs, sectional and chairs. I have a 4-yr-old, so of course, everything needed a thorough cleaning. Highly recommended 10/22/2009

great customer service 9/16/2009

to get our sectional couch cleaned, I called several places, but Nick was the only one who called back and came by to do an estimate in person instead of one by phone. He was polite and listened to what i wanted done. I have 3 boys, so there were a few stubborn spots that didn't want to go. After our couch dried, some portions of those spots were slightly there. I called Nick again and he made an appt. to come out right away and he re-cleaned those spots again. They are now completely gone! so nice to have great customer service and someone who cares about doing their job really really well. Great customer service really does still exist! 9/9/2009

Nick really went out of his way. Even though it turned out I lived farther than he would normally go, he came to my house to give me a price quote and was able to come back to do a great job just a few days later. His pricing was very competitive, he was very poite and he even gave me a discount as a first time customer. Having the owner of the business be the one to provide the service was a very confirming feeling. Nick was very nice and was able to get up a stain so big and bad that we thought it was permanent- it's been two weeks, and there's not even a remnant of it. Great Service-Great People 8/12/2009

Nick and Mary offer a great service. We were getting our house ready to put up for sale and I called Nick at the last minute to get an estimate. He was able to come the next day and walked me through the process and was able to give me an exact price for the cleaning. He's super personable--we chatted about tennis--a shared interest, and he gave our sweet dog lots of love. Nick was able to get our cleaning job scheduled in a few days--which was great for getting our house ready for sale, but probably reinforced my habit of procrastinating since I was able to get such a wonderful result even though I waited until the last minute. Nick and Mary were quick and efficient while cleaning the carpet--putting up bumper guards to protect the corners of the wall and taking time to answer all our questions. The carpet looks great! I would highly recommend Neat Nix to anyone looking for a reliable, reasonably priced carpet cleaning service. I certainly am keeping their card around for when I move into my next place.
