Neat Nix provided honest and realiable service. My wife and I have two small children and we paid 50% more last year and many of the stains were still left on the carpet. I work in procurement and always bid out and complete a quality and cost analysis at work. We decided to do the same this year and I called up 5 different companies. Neat Nix was one of the two most reasonable and had the best reviews.
