Nick was very easy to work with. He was able to get me an appointment within 2 days, even right before Christmas, which I really appreciated. He didn't try to upsell me anything (I have tile in the entry way, but Nick didn't try to sell me tile and grout cleaning). He provided me with a bid in writing (on computer), with a break-down, and I was able to drop one component that was out of my price range. Overall, reasonably priced, my carpet looks great, and I am thrilled that the place doesn't smell like chemicals. Also, even though I don't live in an upscale house, Nick was very careful in my home, and treated my furniture with utmost respect.
