Naturalist Carpet Cleaning

These people are CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! In their ad it says that they guarantee that your carpet stains will not reappear, so I decided to call them. The guy Jerimiah (?) came out and did the job and all of my stains were gone. After a couple of weeks, 90% of the stains reappeared. I called the company, and a lady with an english accent answered. When I told her that most of my stains came back, she rudely told me that they only had a two week guarantee, that it had been 17 days since they came out, and that I would have to pay them again to come back out. I told her that their advertisment says that they guarantee the stains will not reappear. She then said to read the bottom of my invoice (that they gave me AT THE END OF THEIR SERVICE) and that it says satisfaction guarantee must be within 2 weeks. I also told her that Jerimiah said that if anything came back, to call the office. She said she would call him and call me back. About 40 minutes later she called back and said that Jerimiah told her that he speaks to so many people, that he can not remember what he said and that they would have to charge me to come back out again. First they rip me off and then I have to deal with some lady that gives me an attitude over their 2 week guarantee. How can a company only guarantee their work for only 2 weeks when their ad says STAINS WILL NOT REAPPEAR??? Again, THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTAL CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Jebediah was prompt and courteous and our carpet looked and smelled great afterwards. Glad it is safe for pets and kids, as we have a cat. He was not bothered by it at all! Great job! more

With a new baby in the house we couldnt afford not to ""Go Green"" I love the idea behind healthy cleaning and now that Im a new parent, I love it even more! My carpets are clean and there is no sticky residue of chemical smell, thanks again! more

I am always skeptical when trying a new service, but Naturalist came highly recommended by a close friend so I thought I'd give them a try. The gentleman who came to my home was very nice. He did a great job on my carpets (which were filthy thanks to my children). They really did clean up well and were dry before my son came home from school. I will be using them from now on! more

I had this company come out to clean my living room which had bad traffic patterns and a bit of a dog smell from my wonderful four legged friend. They were able to get out the smell, no problem, and the carpets actually came clean! I was shocked that they were able to get it clean. The other bonus of this process was the quick dry time, it really was dry in about an hour! The guy who came was great and the girl who answered the phone was very helpful! I will always use this company. There prices are very reasonable as well. Pros: Quick dry time, very clean...great results more

The owners showed up on time and were very nice and polite. They then took less time to clean our carpets then I took to vacuum the carpets prior to their arrival. 20 -30 minutes or less to clean 3 bedrooms/lg living room/hall/stairs and entry. It has taken me a while to write this, I am new to city search, but saw their advert so I wanted to write a fair review.First let me say that the men who work for this company are polite, professional and friendly. I have no doubt that they did the work to the best of their ability, but they do not seem to be very knowledgeable and their equipment, while in good condition, seemed very basic.They cleaned my carpets, and while they were somewhat cleaner that prior to cleaning,the results were, in my opinion, unacceptable.They sold me a spot cleaner, which they said contained the same ingredients as they use, so the day after the carpets were cleaned, I tried to clean them by hand.I was able to vastly improve the appearance of the carpet.They did come back out and they did clean it again, and this time it looked better, but still not as good as when I did it myself. Pros: Very nice young man. Cons: Could do better more

A friend of mine recommended Naturalist to me and I had them out a few days ago. They cost less then the company I had used before, and the carpets look great. The lady who answered the phone and the guy that came out were both really nice and accommodating. I?ll be using them again. more
