These people are CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! In their ad it says that they guarantee that your carpet stains will not reappear, so I decided to call them. The guy Jerimiah (?) came out and did the job and all of my stains were gone. After a couple of weeks, 90% of the stains reappeared. I called the company, and a lady with an english accent answered. When I told her that most of my stains came back, she rudely told me that they only had a two week guarantee, that it had been 17 days since they came out, and that I would have to pay them again to come back out. I told her that their advertisment says that they guarantee the stains will not reappear. She then said to read the bottom of my invoice (that they gave me AT THE END OF THEIR SERVICE) and that it says satisfaction guarantee must be within 2 weeks. I also told her that Jerimiah said that if anything came back, to call the office. She said she would call him and call me back. About 40 minutes later she called back and said that Jerimiah told her that he speaks to so many people, that he can not remember what he said and that they would have to charge me to come back out again. First they rip me off and then I have to deal with some lady that gives me an attitude over their 2 week guarantee. How can a company only guarantee their work for only 2 weeks when their ad says STAINS WILL NOT REAPPEAR??? Again, THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTAL CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
