It has taken me a while to write this, I am new to city search, but saw their advert so I wanted to write a fair review.First let me say that the men who work for this company are polite, professional and friendly. I have no doubt that they did the work to the best of their ability, but they do not seem to be very knowledgeable and their equipment, while in good condition, seemed very basic.They cleaned my carpets, and while they were somewhat cleaner that prior to cleaning,the results were, in my opinion, unacceptable.They sold me a spot cleaner, which they said contained the same ingredients as they use, so the day after the carpets were cleaned, I tried to clean them by hand.I was able to vastly improve the appearance of the carpet.They did come back out and they did clean it again, and this time it looked better, but still not as good as when I did it myself.
Pros: Very nice young man.
