Nationwide Insurance Brian Lambert Agency

Brian and his staff are amazing! We have been a customer since 1998 and have always received quick and excellent service. When we were hit by the tornado, 4/27/11, Brian was quick to come to my house and deliver a check to get us started moving and finding a place to stay. Nationwide covered 100% (-deductible) of my loss and did not pro-rate anything. I heard a lot of nightmare insurance stories last year, and we are so thankful and blessed to have Brian as our agent. Brian even got his bike out last year to visit his customers in areas that were not accessible due to the roads being blocked. Thank you Brian and Allison! more

techengr may have had a bad experience with Nationwide. My guess is he had at least a little to do with it. Techengr does not mention Brian or the Lambert Agency in his complaint. That's good. I have known Brian for over twenty years. We are friends and I buy insurance from him. He is as good a friend as you will find. Those who do business with him learn that he pays attention to the details and treats people the way people should be treated. Brian looks out for his clients, and when they have a problem he is there for them. He does it right, what else can I say? more

I have been a customer of The Lambert Agency and its products and services for many years now. Brian and his staff are always courteous, professional and available for me at virtually anytime of the day or night (in some cases). When my truck that I depend on for my livelihood was totalled in a crash it took just one call to Brian and faster than I imagined possible I was on my way again. I am sympathetic to the other reviewer who had problems with Nationwide, but I suspect there is more to their story than they are letting on. Not once in my years of doing business with Nationwide in general or The Lambert Agency in specific have I ever had a single issue. Neither has any of my friends or family that also use The Lambert Agency for their insurance needs. Personally, I cannot recommend Brian and his staff enough. They are good, honest people with an eye towards getting you the best deal and giving you the best service they possibly can. Because of that, even if the rates were much higher I would stay with The Lambert Agency for their service and dedication. more

When I first moved to Birmingham, I needed insurance for my new home. After some searching, I decided to go with Brian Lambert and the Lambert Agency. It has been a decision I have not regretted for one moment since that time. The Lambert Agency handled all the details, making it simple for me so I could focus on the move from one city to another. Brian has always been courteous and professional and with his impressive knowledge and attention to the smallest detail, I have never felt more comfortable having a company handle my policy. The Lambert Agency staff has always been there for me when I needed a question answered or a detail clarified. Although, it is usually Brian himself and his incredible customer service that comes to the fore every time. more

I was a customer for over 15 years. Never filed a claim. Was late on a few payments but kept up to date until this year when times got tough. I was late on one payment in January and sent the payment in March but it was never processed. I was told that my policy would not be reinstated because my payment in April was not enough to reinstate (because unbeknownst to me, the March payment wasn't received) After 15+ years of reliable payment!! Thank the good Lord I never had to file a claim! No telling what kind of policies I would have run into if I was havinfg a serious problem!! Go somewhere else. These people are crooks!! Cons: No customer loyalty more
