I was a customer for over 15 years. Never filed a claim. Was late on a few payments but kept up to date until this year when times got tough. I was late on one payment in January and sent the payment in March but it was never processed. I was told that my policy would not be reinstated because my payment in April was not enough to reinstate (because unbeknownst to me, the March payment wasn't received) After 15+ years of reliable payment!! Thank the good Lord I never had to file a claim! No telling what kind of policies I would have run into if I was havinfg a serious problem!! Go somewhere else. These people are crooks!!
