Review of NPI Insepction by Steve Mangekian 11/13/2009

Steve was incredibly professional, thorough and friendly. He detailed everything he found in an easy to understand manner and the final report was exhaustive and very helpful. We are extremely happy with the results and will absolutely recommend his services. Cost-wise, we did not do a lot of comparison, but the prices were higher than we expected, but not at an unacceptable level. more

Would highly recommend Steve and NPI 10/19/2009

Steve was very thourough and took the time to explain what he was doing and why throughout the inspection. He made sure I understood the different systems installed in the property (i.e. how to reset the GFI circuit, how to re-light the pilot) and gave me some advice for warning signs to look out for. He was a true professional and I will be certain to recommend him to friends, neighbors, family, and co-workers. more

Steve Mangekian came out on short notice. and when it came to the inspection he looked at everything as if he was buying the house.his slide show while going over the inspection it was like you did the job with him. more

Steve was able to respond to my request for an inspection within 24 hours. He was on time, knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and comment on any concerns that he had about the property. more

Fast and Professional 7/28/2009

Very fast and professional service. Called on Sunday and had the appointment scheduled the next day. One day turn around to receive report via e mail. Provided detailed explanation throughout the inspection process and in the report. Very impressive!!!!!!!! A++++++++++++ more

Quick and efficient. 5/29/2009

We found Steve Mangekian in the phone book and he was the only inspector we called who answered his phone. We needed someone to come out and do the inspection right away, and Steve was able to look at our house the very next day, Friday. Then, we needed someone to come back and inspect the sewer system, so Steve came back the following Monday with someone to look at the sewer. Steve was so nice and he did a thorough job. Steve Mangekian was referred to me by my aunt, who is the president of a development company. She uses him all of the time, so I trusted her opinion. Since the first time I contacted Steve, he has been easily accessible by phone or by email. He is a pleasure to work with and always quick to respond. A few times, I had to reschedule, and he was very accommodating. Steve does a very thorough inspection. He looks at every inch of property, including areas I would not even have thought of.
