Steve Mangekian was referred to me by my aunt, who is the president of a development company. She uses him all of the time, so I trusted her opinion.
Since the first time I contacted Steve, he has been easily accessible by phone or by email. He is a pleasure to work with and always quick to respond.
A few times, I had to reschedule, and he was very accommodating.
Steve does a very thorough inspection. He looks at every inch of property, including areas I would not even have thought of.
Also, his pricing is reasonable. If I buy another house, I would use him again in a heartbeat.
