Words cannot express the experience I've had with National City Auto. I've been eyeing the vehicles here for the past year and finally came in and purchased a 2010 Ford Taurus. The staff is extremely welcoming, very friendly, and surprisingly accommodating. I say surprisingly because the last few local dealerships were very harsh, annoying and dry, so to speak. Came to this place couple of times before buying a car, excellent service with the salesperson Mr. Carlos. He explained every detail about the car and helped me with what I needed. I totally recommend this dealership if you are looking for European vehicles. Salesperson is great, excellent help with finance, the manager was really annoying about the price and buying the vehicle but at the end had a wonderfully experience. This is the first place my husband and I came to looking for a luxury SUV and ended up getting the luxury treatment to go with it as well. We were greeted professionally right when we walked through the lot and the salesman was extremely friendly which is not always the case at some other dealers I've been to in the past. They were not pushy at all and were very knowledgeable about every car we were interested in. We test drove a car and fell in love with it. After looking around a few other places, we came back here realizing they had the cleanest car for the best deal. We would have liked a little more money taken off the price but it was the lowest we found after searching within 100 miles. The manager was also very kind in answering our most challenging questions as well. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for great treatment with honest salespeople. more

I agree beware of national auto center inc . They need there license take away . There car are bought from a auctions and are not inspect and very unsafe . watch out for there ((FAKE)) reviews (( that they write)) like i love my BMW that i bought. READ ALL REVIEWS . IT KIND STRANGE HOW IT'S NOT JUST ONE CAR THAT HAS HAD A ENGINE LIGHT COME ON THEY RESET THEM SO AFTER YOU BUY THE AND DRIVE IT ONE OR TWICE IT COMES ON . BECAUSE THEY DON'T CHECK THERE CARS . On February 7, 09 we bought a Chevy Tahoe from National City Auto. The day we purchased the car, the salesman, manager & finance supervisor were all very nice.. They all made us feel like we we're buying a reliable car from an honest dealer. The manager promised with a smile and a handshake""If you have any problems, bring it back and we'll take care of it, no problem, you have my word!"" We started having problems the day after we drove it off the lot, the check engine light came on. The next morning I called them.. No one was in that could help me, call back later. We called them over 37 times, everytime we called there was a different excuse as to why they couldnt help us. \r On April 22, 09 the transmission went out. Have called them over a dozen times, they won't talk to us at all now. The minute they heard ""I'm having problems with the car you sold me"" the smiles and promises we're gone.. We paid over $11,000 for a vehicle we can't use anymore, I can't afford to fix it, we're making payments on a car that drove for less than 4 months.... Cons: A very expensive mistake more
