Words cannot express the experience I've had with National City Auto. I've been eyeing the vehicles here for the past year and finally came in and purchased a 2010 Ford Taurus. The staff is extremely welcoming, very friendly, and surprisingly accommodating. I say surprisingly because the last few local dealerships were very harsh, annoying and dry, so to speak. I explained my current situation and they were PHENOMENAL. They were so understanding, very uplifting, and most important of all kept me within my budget. They bent their back to get me in the vehicle that I needed and I am so grateful. Special thank you to Herbie and Mike for working extra hard in making this happen for me. I will never forget how these gentlemen helped me get a start on my new life. I am truly, TRULY thankful.\r
