I have been a customer for 3+ years.I have only GREAT comments for the service personnel, especially Sean whom i primarily work with. I live in Sarasota,But will only come to napleton for service,Due to their "Above and Beyond" service attitude. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM NAPLETON! This place is the most horrible car dealership I've ever encountered. I worked out a deal with the sales manager where if I put money down on the car in December I would not have a payment until Feb. Not even a month after purchasing the car I get a payment book, my first payment is due Jan. 16th. Well, what do you know finance knows nothing about this. We need to come back in and speak with the manager we made the deal with. I live out of state so they calculated the taxes and sent me a check for $430. The actual taxes were $900. So, now I'm waiting for the finance manager to figure out what is going on. No one ever calls you back and no one ever takes responsibility for their actions here. I should have known better because I once had an argument with someone in service. I took the car to Orlando dodge and they fixed the part that was covered under warranty with no questions asked. Very disappointed with this dealer. I found a used 2009 Dodge 1500 Laramie they had posted on Yahoo autos for $32599. I emailed about the truck on Tuesday, and said I would be by Saturday to look at it. Their staff replied and said the truck was still there and they needed to liquidate it as quick as possible. Come Friday I was able to leave work early so I could drive to the dealer from Plant City. I emailed the contact person I was talking to let them know I was coming. While I was driving over they called to confirm I was on my way and made an appointment for 7:30. When I get there after my hour drive, I cannot find the truck on the lot. I went inside the lobby where I asked for the truck. They said they would find it and bring it out front. After 15 minutes they came back and said the Sales manager drove the truck home and it would be back tomorrow. They took my number and said they call me next morning. so I drive my hour back home. Next morning I get a call at 9:59 from a salesman who said he just got in and let him find out where the truck was and he would call back in an hour. Two hours later no call. I call the salesman back on his cell, no answer. I call the dealer, was put on hold by the operator who re-answered the phone because no one including a manager would pick up the phone. I then call the salesman again who finally answers his phone to be told the truck won't be back until Monday. The Sales manager took the truck home for the entire weekend. I then came online and did a search for the same truck and now they have it listed for $35K. Why did they waste my time driving over there and making an appointment if the truck was not there? Why is a sales manager taking a truck home for a joy ride when they have it listed for sale? Why when I found and called about the ad with the truck at $32k did said truck leave for the weekend and is now listed as $35K? more

Great Service you wouldn't expect from a car dealership. They were very informative and helpful in determining what needed to be done to my car. They have a buy 1 get three free oil change special that I took advantage of and very month they have a customer appreciation event. Beautiful dealership and great staff. I wanted to send my personal thanks to Omry and the great staff at Napleton. I'm very proud of my new car and things could have not been better. The car was great and plentiful. Everything was set up inside beautifully. I had a wonderful time and the dealer location was perfect.But, most importantly I'm very happy and enjoy my Chrysler 300. I can't thank you enough. I recently purchased a Buy 1 Get 3 FREE Oil change coupon from Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Wow what a great deal. They are always very helpful and even have a Customer Appreciation at least once a month - I enjoy a beautiful lounge, and brunch. Thumbs Up!!! more

I have been using the service department at Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge for 4 years now and finally decided to give them the praise they desire. They always greet me with a smile, have my car serviced in a timely manner and their customer appreciation events are great. (I've probable gained 5 pounds eating the delious goodies). The service manager Brian alway takes time to stop and make sure everything is okay, wouldn't take my car anywhere else! more

I recently took my jeep there to fix the a/c that had gone out. We have been long time customers for over 7 years. They were only slow before, but we always had excellent service. They quoted us a standard quote for the a/c and we told them to go ahead and fix it. They said they would call the next day with an update. They never did. We had to call them and they informed us they ordered the wrong part. They then said they'd call us the next day because they were paying for over night shipping and we would get the part for free. They never did. We called again and called again, and no one ever called us back, we were just sent to voice mail. They finally called us back 6 hours later.\r \r We went to pick it up the next day.They promised us a 10% discount on labor due to their mistakes. We got our bill, and there was no discount, and they charged us for the part they had not ordered properly. We finally got my car back but it was making a funny noise and leaking. NAPLETON Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge in Kissimmee, Florida is the worst dealer I have ever been to.... Talk about ripping people off with unneccessary work....they are the king of Scams, not just one but you can see all the service Managers have been trained to go after every dollar. This is their way of doing business so it's not just one bad apple.... They lure you in with the free oil changes and then use scare tactics to sell services you don't even need. While I was there I spoke with and could see they prey on the elderly and unknowledgable and keep adding items as long as you let them. This makes their brands look bad and much of the work they scam you for they try to say is not covered by the warranty....so it comes out of your pocket. You need to stay clear of this dealer...... more
