I recently took my jeep there to fix the a/c that had gone out. We have been long time customers for over 7 years. They were only slow before, but we always had excellent service. They quoted us a standard quote for the a/c and we told them to go ahead and fix it. They said they would call the next day with an update. They never did. We had to call them and they informed us they ordered the wrong part. They then said they'd call us the next day because they were paying for over night shipping and we would get the part for free. They never did. We called again and called again, and no one ever called us back, we were just sent to voice mail. They finally called us back 6 hours later.\r
