Our only problem was that all of the ladies she sent were terrific and we had trouble choosing! Reasonable prices, thorough references and background checks and a great group of nannies... FABULOUS company!!! I have worked there for 2 years and the owner is an amazing lady to work for. She is very organized and makes sure to cover all of her clients needs, because she wants to keep her clients and nannies happy. Child care is so important, and she only hires the best to watch and protect your precious children! Horrible experience with this business and would not recommend anyone use their services! The first nannie had trouble remembering which house is ours after being here several weeks then decided she would make her own schedule and became very argumentative when we stated our schedule would have to stand. The second happily worked here but became disgruntled when it was explained to her that she couldn't leave our 6 month old (at the time) daughter in her crib crying while she closed herself in another room to meditate. When we asked for only 75% of our one year fee back because we only used 3 months, the owner made up a false reason so her contract would stand. more

When our nanny of three years left with only one month's notice, I was worried that we wouldn't be able to find anyone satisfactory in such a short time. Both my husband and I work full-time, so a great nanny for our three children (all under age 3) is critical. In the past I used an online service, but due to the time crunch I went with Nannies of Green Hills. The owner answered all of my questions--even the tough ones--up front. I felt great about all of the nannies I interviewed through Nanies of Green Hills, and found one that is the perfect fit for our family. Unfortunately we did not do adequate research on this agency before paying the ""agency fee"". One would assume that by paying a fee, it would provide an additional benefit (such as providing a pool of qualified nannies). However, after waiting 2 weeks for the owner to contact us about potential candidates, I decided to call her. After calling, I was told that she was just about to call with a couple of candidates. What a coincidence. Save yourself valuable time and money and use another service, unless you are the type that enjoys paying service fees for absolutely no service. more

We had a wonderful experience with Andrea and Nannies of Green Hills! We searched independently for a nanny previously and were very disappointed with the process. I highly recommend going through this agency. Her rates were very affordable, and her services were worth every penny. She was able to screen the applicants and provide us with five quality nannies to interview on short notice. She scheduled the interviews and provided us with sample questions. She provided us information on employing a nanny and maintained continual contact with us. She is still, months later, checking in to ensure we are happy with our selection. She has ALWAYS returned my phone calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner. We will definitely use this agency again when the time comes to search for another nanny. She matched us with our ""dream nanny"" who has become like one of our family. Our son adores her, and he could not receive better care. Andrea efficiently walked us through all of the steps and made the entire search, interviewing, and hiring process very simple and enjoyable. I would like to start off by saying, I did enjoy working with the actual Nannies from this service. But Andrea the owner is a totally different story. She is very disorganized & very rarely will ever return your phone call. When confronted with an issue, she does not have the proper business skills to manage the problem at hand. She just sits on the phone in awkward silence saying ""okay.. okay.. okay"". But I need more than that, she is paid a substantial amount of money, but as a business owner... does not give back what is needed. Pros: Caring nannies. Cons: Owner is strange & disorganized. more

The owner acts like the customers owe her something. Once you sign up with the service,good luck getting in touch with her. Hopefully you will never have an emergency,cause no one ever answers!!\r The caregivers are mediocre at best. \r Doesn't seem to care if she helps or not. The last time I called the office her phone was disconnected. So I thought she was out of business. However when I called again a week later the voicemail was on again.\r She did not pay her phone bill. Hmm makes you wonder??? There are other agencies in town ,I think ywo in Brentwood.
