The owner acts like the customers owe her something. Once you sign up with the service,good luck getting in touch with her. Hopefully you will never have an emergency,cause no one ever answers!!\r
The caregivers are mediocre at best. \r
Doesn't seem to care if she helps or not. The last time I called the office her phone was disconnected. So I thought she was out of business. However when I called again a week later the voicemail was on again.\r
She did not pay her phone bill. Hmm makes you wonder??? There are other agencies in town ,I think ywo in Brentwood. Just be careful.
Cons: The owner is rude. She acts as though we owe her something.
