Best of the best...!. I came to Nancy Koss & Spa with very bed acne and it was my lest hope before going to doctor. Adriana takes care of my skin and thanks to her my skin looks amazing. She gives me lots of information and answered my entire question I had. She made my facial very relaxing and helps with all my problems. I will definitely recommend her to everybody. more

Ashley gives the most relaxing facial I have ever had!! I went to Nancy Koss for a facial to help really clean my skin and remove blackheads! She not only cleaned out my pores but she made my facial very relaxing. She really listened to what I wanted to work on and change about my skin. She gave me advice and answered all my questions I had. It was my first time in Nancy Koss and I will be back! The Salon and Spa is was nice and clean and all the staff were very friendly. They offered to take my coat and they also have nice refreshments and cookies to snack on while waiting. I look forward to comming back. \r more

Katy is a stylist at Nancy Koss Salon. She REALLY has an eye for what would look good on each individual. I think she is good with both cutting and color. She is fun and bubbly, but you will leave extremely happy with whatever she does to your hair!!! She has even given me some tips about make-up that have been quite helpful. The salon is quite friendly and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to get their hair done. GIVE IT A TRY!! more

I've been going to Katie since she started at the salon and she is spectacular! I am always changing my hair and trying new colors and styles...Katie always has fun suggestions for me to try. I get an awesome color and the best cut every time I see her! I have recommended Katie to every person that I know, even strangers that have complimented me on my hair! I absolutely love the entire salon experience as well. Everyone is so friendly and I always leave feeling like a million dollars! My first time been at Nancy Koss Salon & Spa I was directed to the hair dresser Maggie she was the most helpful and friendly person. The staff is great they gave me the best experience i ever had at a hair salon. She did a great job and I defenetlly recommend her to all my friends and family It was the best experience ever more

Nancy Koss Spa has the most professional and friendly staff, Maggie is a great example. She is awesome when it comes to do my haircuts and always help me decide what should I do new, highlights, base, partials and more. She gives me really good ideas since I always like to get new looks. I highly recommend her job. more

And by that I mean my hair dresser Maggie. She has been doing my hair for years and I'm always happy with the results. I always get great opinions on how it would look better, with color, highlights, ect. I have to add that Maggie has done my sisters' prom and wedding updos which came out GREAT!! The staff there is very friendly, they make you feel welcome, they have a little coat hanger which is great considering not all salons have one! I have not tried the spa, but I'm sure it couldn't be disapppointing. Overall, the service is great and I highly recomend you to go to Nancy Koss, but make sure you ask for Maggie!! more

I had been going to the same stylist for a few years but wasn't really happy with the results. I made an appointment with Jordan at Nancy Koss and she did an incredible job. I brought in a picture and she went over the cut and color with me.She gave me tips on what color and highlights would compliment my face. I have been going to Nancy Koss for about a year and my mom has started going to see Jordan as well. I just went to Nancy Koss for the first time, its very close to my house and affordable. Jordan was my stylist and was great! She did exactly what I asked and was extrememly friendly. I loved my experience at Nancy Koss! I came for a hair cut and facial. Each service was excellent! When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted by the friendly receptionist. She offered me both beverages and snacks. I arrived 5 minutes early and was in the chair right on time! My haircut was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Possibly better then I imagined. I will be recommending my stylist to everyone I know. The facial I recieved was very relaxing and felt great. My skin never felt so good! I will definately be back for another! more

I thoroughly enjoyed my daughter'swedding day. Nancy Koss gave us the perfect start to a beautiful day. After stressing about how to beautify and feed nine women in my home without creating major stress, I decided Nancy's bridal package was the far better choice. We were greeted with a delicious buffet which was lovely in its presentation. The atmosphere was fun and upbeat, exactly what we hoped for on this special day. Everyone was delighted with their hair and make-up . Service was professional and friendly. My daughter never looked more beautiful in her life and after a nonstop night of dancing, everyone stil llooked great. more

I love Nancy Koss salon. I had my hair and makeup done here for my wedding, and also brought in my mother and 7 bridesmaids for hair and makeup as well. Needless to say, it was a fairly large group, but they did an AMAZING job. Every person looked great, everyone had a different updo and they all looked different but equally amazing. I couldn't have been happier with my hair, and I am pretty picky. Maggie did my hair, and Nancy did my mom's. I've also had my makeup done many times over the years and never liked it so much as the way they did it! The prices were EXTREMELY reasonable, considering we had updos and makeup for 9 people I couldnt believe how reasonable it was. I'm used to paying much more for services that I'm not nearly as happy with. Nancy also colored my mom's hair and it looked perfect. Most of all, everyone was so friendly and accomodating, and the atmosphere is so enjoyable -- it was a great way to relax and start such a big day. I can't recommend this place highly enough! I have been to many salons and I have always found myself wishing they were the friendly outstanding staff of Nancy Koss Salon & Spa. The staff is very helpful and understanding of your needs. I found their prices to be high. I found their work to be the average. I waited for over 30 minutes after my appointment time for an eyebrow wax, the owner right there and aware, never even apologized. I cancelled my appointment and never went back. I just cant see being that delayed, its not a doctor's office. I found the owner to be uninvolved with the customers other than ""certain"" clients. Once before that I had gotten a color and cut, the lady colored my hair and too forever to cut my already short hair, she kept combing thru it over and over and over. Even though she knew I was in a hurry. I have never had a 45 minute hair cut with shoulder length hair. Pros: They have 1 estitician that does nice work Cons: Too pricey, poor customer care. more
