Namco Pools Inc

I went to Namco in Westminster over the summer. I talked to the Manger Elijah. I was greeted the as soon as i walked in and not left until i walked out the door. He talked to me about all the pools they carried. And found the one that fit what i wanted int he price range i was looking for. He then took the time to explain everything to me from other itmes i would need to how the instal would work. I have bought things from this location before and never did the staff seem so knowledgeable or did the store look so good. Bought a 15X20 oval pool that was on sale. It was a good initial experience with the mgr Steve. Got my list of people to call etc, I decided to go with an installer that has done it for 15 years; he was not on their list. He asked me if the pool was buttressless, so I called Steve at the store and he was with a customer asked for him to call me back asap, he never returned the call. It took 13 days to get the pool delivered. The directions did NOT include my size pool, they were generic instructions and I guess I had a special size no one has heard of, after opening the box we discovered that it was not buttressless, and this means a lot when you more

we were in the area and thought it would be a good idea to look for cushions to replace some older ones we have on our deck, since this store was right there we went in. It took us almost 10 mins to locate a sales person there was none to be seen. When we finally got fed up and were about to walk out the store manager comes up and asks us if we need help. we were so frustrated we had a few things in mind even to the point of a new Jaccuzi.. not anylonger. The Manager appologized for the lack of sales appearance on the floor and then said they had a long inventory night and the employees will be out in a min. we waited another 10 mins.. gave up and walked out.
