we were in the area and thought it would be a good idea to look for cushions to replace some older ones we have on our deck, since this store was right there we went in. It took us almost 10 mins to locate a sales person there was none to be seen. When we finally got fed up and were about to walk out the store manager comes up and asks us if we need help. we were so frustrated we had a few things in mind even to the point of a new Jaccuzi.. not anylonger. The Manager appologized for the lack of sales appearance on the floor and then said they had a long inventory night and the employees will be out in a min. we waited another 10 mins.. gave up and walked out. I was not happy at all, this is unsatisfactory.
