This is a small member-focused gym run by owner. Its as close to personal training as you can get at a gym price.
Offers comprehensive exercise programs - contact kickboxing, cardio, non-contact heavy bags, sparing, grappling and MixedMartialArts.
The instructors - Sifu Ross, Tim, Ian - are encouraging and work closely w/members according to their individual skill leves (can also join the team&fight in well-organized tournaments around the US).
Ive never been athletic although I was member of many gyms in NYC. Here I started w/trial membership but I have extended it ever since because I saw the result. Ive been member 3+ years & its still fun. The classes, the staff, the friends Ive made, all are amazing.
Great for the experienced as well as the beginner. If you are looking for gym w/ challenging variety of workout @ no-frills high-energy classes then this one is it. Highly recommend.
