Beginning this year I wanted to try a new workout that will jumpstart my weight loss as what I was doing wasn't really going anywhere... As of now, one month after I started kickboxing. I can say with confidence it is quickest and most effective workout I've tried ever. I am thrilled to go back to the gym everyday because it is fun and exciting.
