Oct 18, 2010 well my experience started with the front desk ?Felicia? she was very helpful in getting my insurance company to switch me over and made me an appointment that morning. Upon arrival I filled out the questioner and waited about half an hour. I was called back by ?Mary? for x-rays?fast and painless ?thank you Mary? I was taken to an exam room to wait for the Dr. Dr. Eleanor Aguilar came in to explain the work needed? (I was there for a broken crown).\r In came ?Karen? to explain the cost for the removal of the old crown and a new crown, and the work on the fractured and decaying tooth next to it and what my option were. Thank you Karen!\r I was asked If I would like to get some lunch before the work as it would take 2-3 hours?I opted for lunch and went back at 2pm to start my work.\r Dr. Aguilar came to numb me and I expressed my fear. I was a patient of Dr. Nguyen, who was an excellent dentist. I'm not sure, but I believe he doesn't work there anymore. But my one star is for North Rancho's business practices. No care or concern for the patient, just after you for the money. I should be realistic and expect that from all businesses, but North Rancho is one of the worst. They won't back you up if your claim is rejected by your insurance. They won't send you statements that they promised to send. Their service is just ridiculous and I'd rather go on a horrendous search for a new dentist then continue my business there. more

I agree with the previous review of this office. These dentists want to turn dentistry into 'car dealership' with similar tactics. They are big with many locations, owned by the same group of dentists. However each office has a different name. I got treatment at this Nroth Rancho Cucamonga office and was not happy with the services, especially the dentists. She was not very personable and not too happy to see me there. I visited a few other offices in Rancho but surprised that these offices looked the same with the same decorations and almost the staff. Obviously they are owned by the same people. After asking around and some research I realized these offices operate as part of a chain, like a franchise. If you are going to find a dentist, make sure you find someone that will be around to do the follow up and know your treatment plan. This place charged too much, had extremely poor customer service, and only cared about selling you the most expensive treatment. Do not go to this place because even if you make an appointment, you will still have to wait a long time to be seen!!!! Everyone there has different answers towards price quotes. One day it's 20 dollars for copies of a document and the next day it's 25!!! Beware of this dental group and stay away. more
