I was a patient of Dr. Nguyen, who was an excellent dentist. I'm not sure, but I believe he doesn't work there anymore. But my one star is for North Rancho's business practices. No care or concern for the patient, just after you for the money. I should be realistic and expect that from all businesses, but North Rancho is one of the worst. They won't back you up if your claim is rejected by your insurance. They won't send you statements that they promised to send. Their service is just ridiculous and I'd rather go on a horrendous search for a new dentist then continue my business there.
