Oct 18, 2010 well my experience started with the front desk ?Felicia? she was very helpful in getting my insurance company to switch me over and made me an appointment that morning. Upon arrival I filled out the questioner and waited about half an hour. I was called back by ?Mary? for x-rays?fast and painless ?thank you Mary? I was taken to an exam room to wait for the Dr. Dr. Eleanor Aguilar came in to explain the work needed? (I was there for a broken crown).\r In came ?Karen? to explain the cost for the removal of the old crown and a new crown, and the work on the fractured and decaying tooth next to it and what my option were. Thank you Karen!\r I was asked If I would like to get some lunch before the work as it would take 2-3 hours?I opted for lunch and went back at 2pm to start my work.\r Dr. Aguilar came to numb me and I expressed my fear. In the past I have never had a dental procedure without pain, which is where my fear is derived from. Anyway Dr. Agui
