Lee D. was very courteous the entire time. He also explained everything he was going to do. He also offered to help in programming my Heating Selections on the thermostate. He found a electronic componet that was that was working, however, it wasn't performing as it should. He explained how it should have been working and what it was presently doing and how it was going to harm the furnance in the future. He also remined mne to call later for him to come and checkout tthe AC part of the Heat pump and he also explained why he was unable to check it out at this time. I was very satisfied with all of his work. more

Greetings; Services performed on my upstairs toilet and Hot Water Heater Expansion tank on 14 Feb 2015 by Joie Leffler was done in what I call a professional and outstanding manner. In the past, two plumbers have visited my home. one observed and mentioned how he would have installed the Hot Water Heater Expansion tank differently, but expanded no further. Joie not only told me that the tank was installed in a manner which he didn't agree, but got on the phone and conferred with a supervisor or colleague to validate install procedures. Then, got the go-ahead to make the correction. Now we do not get that howling in the pipes when toilets or flush or the washer is filling its tub with cold water. Joie also worked and took time to explain how the tank should work and its functionality as it relates to the hot water heater. He did so in a manner that gave the assurance that he wanted me to understand my system, how it works and what MyPlumer has to offer regarding preventative maintenance. I was also impressed with Joie's quality control/assurance process before, during and after the completion of his work. As a friendly reminder, I did call MyPlumber after the first tank was installed (way back when) and told them that we were getting a howling in the water lines/pipes that started after the first tank was installed. When checked , we were told to run the water to clear out air in the system which did not resolve the nose issue until now. Curtis more

I don't often write reviews but I wanted to do so in this instance because Mr. Vangel Qesari was not only the consummate professional, but he provided excellent customer service. Often times, when you have service personnel enter your home it can be a little awkward, but Mr. Qesari was so nice and personable that he immediately put me at ease. When he came in, he got right down to business and was quick, thorough and efficient. I would absolutely use My Plumber again and specifically request Mr. Qesari. He did a great job and he gets 5+ stars from me. more

The dispatcher was friendly and helpful and quickly dispatched the technician to my house. I had detected a leak at the pressure valve of the water supply in my basement. Joie L. quickly scoped out the problem, gave me an estimate and upon my approved proceeded to replace the pressure valve. All was accomplished in about an hour, and the area was left clean and dry. A very professional job. more

What a wonder! A most helpful dispatcher and Ariel who arrived within the appointed time. Assessed the issue, provided all the information needed to make a decision and then completed the job on the 40+year old pipes and installed a new faucet. Michael Alexander came out to give me an estimate to fix a leak in my slab floor and came in lower than a few others that I had come to give a quote. Michael showed up and completed the work in about 6hrs (didn't have all the parts needed) and did another repair that was needed to my water line as well. I will be calling them again if I need any plumbing help. more
