Hot Water Heater Repair 9/10/2014

I called My Plumber when I got home from work yesterday. Within a couple of hours, they had sent a plumber out, Byron, and he did an excellent job and got our hot water heater working again. more

My mother and I were very concerned since our town house is 32 years old. Everything begins to break. We already had to call the plumber from the same company two days ago for another plumbing issue. He was very gentle with us and took the time to explain to us. When we asked specific questions related to the old broiler, he was patient with us. We have never met him before, but we could trust him right away because he was genuine and did not try to rip us off. It was very nasty weather raining like cats and dogs. He always has a kind smile on his face. His sincerity and caring nature quickly won my mother and my trust. I will definitely ask him for the future service. My Plumber needs more workers like him. more

Plumbing Work 3/31/2014

Sunk Pump shutdown created serious flooding problem. Contacted My Plumber who sent out a specialist, Edgar Artiga, the next morning. Replaced the system rapidly, efficiently, and professionally. Very personable and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain the system and provide general maintenance information. Very pleased.with service. Problem resolved. more

Plumbing job 1/20/2014

I called My Plumber on Monday morning to have a shutoff valve installed for my outside faucets. Within 90 minutes or so, he was not only here but done with the job. Very professional and friendly, job was well done. Thanks for the great service. more
