Avoid this company at all costs. They screen their calls, never return phone messages, and installers are incompetent. I am still waiting for a call back regarding my damaged door. 4 weeks ago I was told the part was on order but funny how two homeowners in my townhome complex have had new door installed since then. And stay away from the i-drive garage door opener they sell. It already had to be replaced becasue it was installed wrong and now 2 months later, the new one is on the fritz. Basically it is a $500 piece of junk.\r

In all fairness, I thought I'd post an update. \r

Finally our i-Drive opener broke so not only did we still have our damaged door but now the opener was broken. It had been almost 2 months since we had contact with the company and our patience had worn off. My husband called and nicely advised if we did not get a call back that we would be taking it to the next level. Amazing how fast they called us back. 5 days later they installed a new panel and new opener. \r

Even though they finally completed the job, I would not recommend anyone to use this company.
Cons: Poor customer service, owner screen calls/lack of call back
