Our sincerest apologies to ""musicmotor? for any inconveniences you may have had with Mutual Propane and our services. We can only assume that this was in relation to a delivery issue you had with one of our Inland Empire locations as this location does not have residential services. All of our locations do however have 24 hour emergency ""on call"" services and we have a staff of 4 drivers and 2 service technicians that are available for emergency repair and deliveries 24 hours a day. Since the time of your review we have made substantial changes to our computer system and now have the ability to instantly cease any rental charges once services have been cancelled.
