My husband bought a brand new truck from Musselman's Dodge New Years Eve 2009. On 10/30/10 the drive shaft fell out of the truck. Should this happen? NO, however I can understan...

Searched on the Internet for a 2014 Ram 1500 4x2, as well as went in person to different dealerships. This particular dealership was not in our area but the Internet Price could not be beat. We were not looking for all the bells and whisles just the basics. Aaron was true to his word they honored the Internet Price and we bought the truck. They were fast, professional and friendly. Definately would recomment this dealership!!! more

My family has purchased 3 new vehicles in the past 18 months and our experience at Musselman's Dodge was the best by far. We were quickly greeted by Dave Russell who showed us around the lot. Dave was enthusiastic, entertaining, and extremely knowledgeable on a multitude of vehicles. We test drove a nicely equipped Durango and were absolutely impressed by the handling and quality interior. We went back to the office to discuss pricing, and Dave offered a very fair price on the Durango. Negotiations were quick, easy, very relaxed, and unintimidating. I even walked out feeling that I would not have been able to get a better price anywhere (and still feel that way after having shopped around on the web). Musselman's also gave the best value for my trade of any dealer that we visited.\r \r Overall I would rate my experience a 10, and would highly recommend Musselman's Dodge to anyone in the Baltimore area. Be sure to ask for Dave. more

I went to buy a used 2006 Ram 1500. It was listed as having a tow package and I was told by Bruce Otto that the truck had a full inspection by the service department. I drove the truck off the lot on Thursday, May 16th. By Tuesday, May 21st (not even 1 week later) the check engine light came on. Took the truck in, the service department, though nice and helpful, couldn't find anything wrong with what the code said. Told me I probably did not put the gas cap on tight enough, which I know I did. Gave me the truck back, no more check engine light. Saturday, June 1st (1.5 weeks later) the check engine light came back on again. Called the service department and they told me to wait to see if it would go away. It did not. The truck is BACK at the dealership AGAIN. TWICE in less than a month after buying it, the truck has had to go back to the shop. I got ripped off. The a/c also does not work, and again, no tow package even though it was advertised as such. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM MUSSELMANS DODGE. more

I went Into musslemans dodge nervous from pretty much being rejected elsewhere, I went in and met Ronald right away and he actually listened to what i wanted and pretty much said here is your options and I already knew i made a right choice because other dealers didnt even did that. So went out looked at a few cars and he made me feel comfortable joking around and chatting made me forget at times he was a salesman. Then went and saw my car and fell in love with it. Went in for the paper work and the finance staff was more than helpful than i can put into word all i know is if anyone is looking for a car/truck/suv this is the place to go because They have me a customer for life... best dodge dealer in baltimore :D more

The Salesman took the time to show the features of the car and actually knew what they were talking about. He did not force a sale when I was still looking for the right car. My search for a new car began locally and ended up on the internet. I found Musselman s Dodge through a listing and they had the exact vehicle I was looking for. I contacted them through that listing and got a reply from Ronald Romero. Ronald was very courteous and very helpful right from the beginning. Through thorough email communication and a few phone calls we were able to reach a sales agreement pending a final appraisal of my trade. I then made the 164 mile trek to their dealership and within 2 hours I was on my way home with my brand new Dodge Charger. The sales and finance staff at Musselman s Dodge are top knotch and I would recommend their services to all of my friends! more

David Russell and Mr. Chandry worked most closely with me. Nevertheless the entire avalible staff worked with me like a very well oiled machine. This would be the second vehicle I've purchased from this very location because of their professionalism. They were very polite, curtious, fast, fast, fast, like family.
