My husband bought a brand new truck from Musselman's Dodge New Years Eve 2009. On 10/30/10 the drive shaft fell out of the truck. Should this happen? NO, however I can understan...

When most women go to buy a new car, they are probably nervous. At Musselman's I was treated with respect and they were very professional. I would tell any women who is reading this to ask for Richard Bartlow. He was laid back and not pushy and was Extremely Helpful. more

Well, I gotta say I was impressed! Not the nicest, biggest dealership I've ever been to, but the people made the difference for me. I shopped the Dodge Dealership in Glen Burnie (can't say their name) and at Musselman's Jason, the Sales Manager was way easier to talk to and forthright with a better price and no hassle at all. And trust me I know my husband was no treat to negotiate with. Thank you again! I love my Caravan. My kids are already spilling stuff in it. more

Worst Customer Service (Service Dept) 11/1/2010

My husband bought a brand new truck from Musselman's Dodge New Years Eve 2009. On 10/30/10 the drive shaft fell out of the truck. Should this happen? NO, however I can understand parts can be defective. His vehicle gets towed to the service department and we meet with JD. He accepts the truck and says they will take a look at it and get it back as soon as they can. When we asked about a loaner vehicle, he asked if we had an extended service contract. When we replied ""no"", he said ""you are on your own"". Now tell me what kind of service is this? Now we find out that the truck will not be fixed until next week. So this is a HUGE inconvenience to us. We feel we should be accomodated since this is a mechanical defect and not a fault of our own. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MUSSELMAN'S DODGE TO ANYONE. more
