GREAT LOCATION! BEST FOR MY BUSINESS! 11/4/2011

So happy to have found this place and right off the 15 FWY. My growing business has forced me to obtain extra storage and this place is super convenient! The office team is so friendly and can't do enough for me in terms of customer service. They also give me extended gate hours because of my business needs.\r \r As a business that is really watching my dollars and cents, being able to store the bulk of my supplies at an upstanding and accessible place such as this, has saved me hundreds of dollars a month, due to the fact I would have been forced to find a bigger production facility and pay more rent simply for more storage. more

Murrieta is a GREAT place to store 11/3/2011

Murrieta Mini Storage now has professional staff. Certain people are upset, as they are no longer allowed to store for FREE. I have been at Murrieta for a long time, and I find the new staff wonderful. They are helpful and professiona.. I will NOT be going anywhere else. I invite anyone to shop and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed. more

Worst storage I have been to 10/31/2011

I am so disgusted with this rude, lazy, pathetic staff! I will never store with them again. After 3 Years with this company I walked into the office to see all new faces. Not pleased with their customer service. I will be contacting the owner this week. I hope to receive a better attitude from a owner! Lets hope the employees poor customer service isn't a direct reflection of the owners business approach. I am moving into a new, clean, professional storage business around the corner. Murrieta storage learn fast or there will be many more move outs, that is for sure. Such A shame more
