I am so disgusted with this rude, lazy, pathetic staff! I will never store with them again. After 3 Years with this company I walked into the office to see all new faces. Not pleased with their customer service. I will be contacting the owner this week. I hope to receive a better attitude from a owner! Lets hope the employees poor customer service isn't a direct reflection of the owners business approach. I am moving into a new, clean, professional storage business around the corner. Murrieta storage learn fast or there will be many more move outs, that is for sure. Such A shame
