Murphy Ford Co

Boy, is L.H. on the money! They took my car back for evaluation. Came back & said the alternator was bad. There is no way it was bad. I had the car at our mechanic a few weeks back & he didn't say anything. After the visit @ Murphy's, I took it back to my mechanic. He said the alternator is in good condition...the light was on (which wasn't before) that's all. more

DON'T EVEN GO!! I went in and was willing to ""play the game"" _ see what they offered and then work on a deal. But while I was having my numbers run, they took my trade for eval. When they came back with ridiculous numbers, I said No thanks, I'll go. When I got in my car, the CHECK ENGINE light was on! I NEVER had any problems with the vehicle. So, I went back in and said I needed someone to look at it because it wasn't on when I got there. The MANAGER said, ""Well, it came on while they were driving it. It's not our fault!"" WHAT???? They never offered to take a look, and yes, I was irate that the manager admitted to knowing about it and he didn't tell me!!! The vehicle has Ford's extended service on it, so they should have at least offered to take a look. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE - customer service is non-existent and all they want is the sale. more

I bought 4 vehicles from this place over the years and the service cant be beat. The sales staff were second to none and they make a mean cup of coffe while you get the deal rollin. Thumbs up on all counts. Regards John more

I wish I knew about this web first before I went to Murphy Ford, the review I just looked at was so on the money, they did nothing for me after I picked up my car if I knew this I would have went to a different dealership... I would never buy a car from Murphy Ford ever again after you buy the car they do not help you at all from the owner, sales manager to the service manager BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE... the service manager is the worst of all.... I would not take a car from them if they gave it to me.... go to any other ford dealer this one is no good..... ask anyone....
