DON'T EVEN GO!! I went in and was willing to ""play the game"" _ see what they offered and then work on a deal. But while I was having my numbers run, they took my trade for eval. When they came back with ridiculous numbers, I said No thanks, I'll go. When I got in my car, the CHECK ENGINE light was on! I NEVER had any problems with the vehicle. So, I went back in and said I needed someone to look at it because it wasn't on when I got there. The MANAGER said, ""Well, it came on while they were driving it. It's not our fault!"" WHAT???? They never offered to take a look, and yes, I was irate that the manager admitted to knowing about it and he didn't tell me!!! The vehicle has Ford's extended service on it, so they should have at least offered to take a look. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE - customer service is non-existent and all they want is the sale.
