We've had a lot of bad experiences purchasing cars. This time, however, was different. The team at North Shore Nissan made it fun - the way car buying is supposed to be. Even the financing (with Nick Saidai) was quick. We spent less than 30 min in the finance office! That's unheard of! You can tell these guys like what they do and they have a deep understanding of Nissan's products and services. We highly recommend them. more

Blew every other dealership that I went to away 8/3/2011

I live in the city and visited couple different Nissan Dealerships looking at the Nissan Maxima. I went out to North Shore Nissan and the experience I had at North Shore blew every other dealership that I went to away. more

Has online inventory 7/12/2011

We hunted for a like-new Murano for several months when we found the one online at North Shore. We called, talked about our trade-in, got plenty of details on the used Murano and the dealer was kind enough to let us put a deposit down so that we could have time to make the trip north to see it. We live downstate and finding what we wanted came down to looking on the internet, thank goodness North Shore has an online inventory!! more

Very helpful 7/6/2011

Eric was great to work with and very helpful in finding me a new car. I originally went in wanting to buy a used car but it turns out that buying new worked out better for me. Eric worked with what I could afford and made the overall experience a great one! Thank you! more

Very courteous and helpful 6/30/2011

Their sales team was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and helpful. Some of the other dealerships I visited had a sales team that did not have the knowledge that I had about the car I wanted. At North Shore Nissan they went above and beyond every expectation that I had. more

My warmest recommendations go out to this dealership 6/23/2011

Last Week I went to North Shore Nissan Dealership because i needed to replace my old car and I was looking for something reliable and efficient on gas mileage as I travel in excess of 30 miles per day for work. I was very pleasantly surprised with level of understanding that their sales staff showed for my particular situation in which im sure many people find themselves nowadays, looking for value in a bargain. I ended up buying my car from Nate L who made sure to let me know that I should feel comfortable in the car that I buy whether I bought it from him, one of his colleagues, or another dealership altogether. My warmest recommendations go out to this dealership as well as Nate L who will be at the very top of my list next time I or one of my friends or family members decided to purchase a car. more

we had searched for a nissan altima after visiting a dealer near our home, but we were so frustrated with the beginning price and then the ""out the Door"" price..general manager and managers...Claimed to be the best and friendliness, but constantly said, ""oh, we are giving this car away for a dollar above invoice""..Tired and ready to give up on a car all together, we called around, and highland park was right up front, gave us an ""out the door"" price OVER THE PHONE!! They were so straight forward, and very fair on the price with all incentives and rebates, so we drove far and was genuinely pleased with the sales...Would go here in a heart beat more
