The employee that worked with me, Nate, was so dedicated to his job that he would return my calls even if he was off duty. He actually offered to go to work on his day off so that I could purchase the car a day earlier and would not have to wait and pay extra money for the rental I had. more

Took the time to help me out 5/31/2011

They helped me understand the financing piece of it. They searched around to a bunch of different financing places in order to get me the best rate that I could get. They put in the exact car that I wanted at a rate that I could afford. more

I would recommend them to anyone interested in a new car 5/27/2011

I recently purchased an Altima at NorthShore Nissan and am really happy w/my experience. I worked with Nate Lavrovic and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt pressured (like I did at other dealerships) and still received GREAT customer service. I also met the manager, Eric, and was impressed with him as well. I'm VERY happy with my Altima and am happy that I stopped by. The team at NorthShore Nissan really have their act together. more
