I went to North Shore Auto Group to purchase my first car. My first stop was North Shore Nissan and it was also my last stop. I didn't know much about cars as I was purchasing one for the first time, but everyone was so helpful there. John Costello was the salesman helping me and from the start he was extremely knowledgeable and gave me great advice as he knew my budget. He let me drive as many cars as I needed to find the right one, wasn't pushy at all, and was willing to bend over backwards in order to help me get the car and package I wanted at the right price. The process was painless and actually fun! I was also helped by one of the managers Dean Saidai who was also very helpful. My overall experience was very pleasant and they even threw in a free oil change! Customer service like that of North Shore Nissan is a rarity and I will continue to go to them for all of my future car needs. I highly recommend this dealership! more

I recently purchased an Altima at NorthShore Nissan and am really happy w/my experience. I worked with Nate Lavrovic and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt pressured (like I did at other dealerships) and still received GREAT customer service. I also met the manager, Eric, and was impressed with him as well. I'm VERY happy with my Altima and am happy that I stopped by. The team at NorthShore Nissan really have their act together and I would recommend them to anyone interested in a new car. more

The employee that worked with me, Nate, was so dedicated to his job that he would return my calls even if he was off duty. He actually offered to go to work on his day off so that I could purchase the car a day earlier and would not have to wait and pay extra money for the rental I had. For sure the best dealership I've ever been to. more

we had searched for a nissan altima after visiting a dealer near our home, but we were so frustrated with the beginning price and then the "out the Door" price..general manager and managers...Claimed to be the best and friendliness, but constantly said, "oh, we are giving this car away for a dollar above invoice"..Tired and ready to give up on a car all together, we called around, and highland park was right up front, gave us an "out the door" price OVER THE PHONE!! They were so straight forward, and very fair on the price with all incentives and rebates, so we drove far and was genuinely pleased with the sales...Would go here in a heart beat more

They really helped me out finding a car I liked and I would be able to afford. Their main concern there is to satisfy the customer and they would not give up until that happens. more

We hunted for a like-new Murano for several months when we found the one online at North Shore. We called, talked about our trade-in, got plenty of details on the used Murano and the dealer was kind enough to let us put a deposit down so that we could have time to make the trip north to see it. We live downstate and finding what we wanted came down to looking on the internet, thank goodness North Shore has an online inventory!! more
