I went to North Shore Auto Group to purchase my first car. My first stop was North Shore Nissan and it was also my last stop. I didn't know much about cars as I was purchasing one for the first time, but everyone was so helpful there. John Costello was the salesman helping me and from the start he was extremely knowledgeable and gave me great advice as he knew my budget. He let me drive as many cars as I needed to find the right one, wasn't pushy at all, and was willing to bend over backwards in order to help me get the car and package I wanted at the right price. The process was painless and actually fun! I was also helped by one of the managers Dean Saidai who was also very helpful. My overall experience was very pleasant and they even threw in a free oil change! Customer service like that of North Shore Nissan is a rarity and I will continue to go to them for all of my future car needs. I highly recommend this dealership!
