Mullane Motors

I got a better deal on a used 2010 Honda Accord than I almost bought at a Honda dealership up the street! I was going to buy there first because they are a Honda store, but I Figured I should check around. I found one down the street at Mullane Motors. It had almost everything I wanted and after the deal was worked out I got it for a thousand bucks less! Both places were pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend Mullane Motors. The owner even thanked me for buying a car there. I thought that was impressive. more

I just bought an 07 Chrysler 300C from Mullanes. I almost bought an 06 300C somewhere else, then I found the 07 which has lower miles and it was only like a few hundred more than the 06! Both had the same options. I'm glad I saw the 07 at Mullanes before I ended up buying the 06. Everyone I talked to there was really nice. All in all I am a happy customer! more

I just bought a truck at the Car Sell Off they had at the Lockport Walmart. I've been Looking for a Dodge Dakota or Chevy Colorado for a while now. They had a really nice 2wd Dakota for less than I figured on spending. It was exactly what I wanted. I know I got a good deal on it. I got it for way below what it books out at. My salesman Barry was really cool. I've never been to Mullane Motors before. I only found out about them at the sale. Everything worked out nice. I would definitely check them out for my next vehicle. more

I live in Osage, Iowa. I've been looking for a Chrysler Crossfire Convertible. I finally found a couple that were in the color I wanted. One of them was at Mullane Motors. They sent me lots of info and a video on this vehicle, which was nice since I live so far away. I got a really good price on a fairly hard to find vehicle, so I flew up and drove my Crossfire back home. There were two other dealerships that had the same color of Crossfire. Both were quite a bit closer than Mullanes but still pretty far away. One wasn't very helpful, and the other didn't want to move on the price. I had to fly and drive a little farther, but it was worth it. The paperwork and buying process was really easy! I would definitely consider them again for my next car even though it was a 2 day drive back. I'm used to driving a lot anyways, plus it was fun driving back in my new (to me) Crossfire. It seems like a great place. I wish they were closer. more

I recently bought a used 08 Avenger from here, almost two weeks ago to be more precise, and I was quite pleased with the quality of service I received. I was originally looking to buy a new car and had spent about a month researching local dealers and different vehicles. I don't like buying anything used, whether it's a vehicle or a video game, so when I stopped by Mullane Motors I fully intended to look only at their new cars. The salesman, Mark, was attentive and polite, and suggested I look at the used vehicles, assuring me that they do a full inspection on each of them and that they could answer any questions I might have. After looking through their selection I noticed the Avenger. Three days later, after thinking about it and talking about it with a couple friends and family members, I decided to go back. I dealt with Mark again, and the service was just excellent. I believe I got a fair price, and after having it inspected I was told it was in fine condition. The service at this dealership is excellent. All of the employees were sincere and polite. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who asked. more

I bought a car about a week ago. They had some tent event going on. I bought a new Jeep. Everything went real smooth. I didnt feel pressured at all. My sales guy was really cool. I'd try them again when it's time for another car. more

I recieved a mailing from this dealer so I went to their website to check out their inventory, I found a car I liked so I sent them my Vehicle information including my VIN to recieve a trade in value before making the decision to go. I was offered $12,675 for my trade online, I figured out total loan cost and payments based on a 60 month loan and decided to head to the dealership. when I advised them of the vehicle I wanted and payments that I wanted to make. They thought that it was great because I was ready to buy, I had everything ahead of time to save time. One problem... They decided that my trade in was only worth $10,000, I asked what was wrong with the car, what is causing the value to be so low? They advised me that the car was in perfect shape, that this price was the fair market value. I asked what book or tool they use to figure out that price? They advised they don't use a book, they have experience and that the black book, the blue book, edmunds and the NADA are all wrong, they know the real value. I then showed the trade in they gave me online and was told that it didnt matter, the price they are offering now is $10,000. The sales person (Bruce) then showed me that he still got the payments that I wanted and told me to ""sign here"", when I looked it over, the contract was for 72 months not 60 and was going to cost me an extra $3659.89 which I was not willing to pay. When I said no thanks, he became demanding and asked why I wouldn't make the deal since he got me the payments I wanted. I advised that it was longer than I wanted to pay and cost more than I was willing to pay and he continued to pressure me, my feelings and opinion didn't matter to Bruce... he just kept pressuring me to sign, even when I explained why I wasn't willing to sign and showed him with my Iphone how I could get a better deal he continued to pressure me. He never stopped until I got up and walked out. I will never go back and recommend you don't bother going unless you want to be pressured into something that you don't want to do. Bruce (And I am sure the rest of them) has the idea in his head that he isn't ripping you off if you let himdo it. Beware of this place. more
