Dont go there if you want your car 7/14/2011

absolutely the worst company in the history of the world. There dumb mistake of not doing a simple oil change right turned into a 4100 dollar mistake and me with no car. They should be closed down my whole engine blew all because they failed to put a simple gasket back on. Horrible service more

Mr. Tire is full of criminal liars. 4/19/2011

No stars. They suck, I had an appointment scheduled for 6 pm , I arrived 15 minutes early. When I walked up to the counter no one was there. After a couple of minutes I heard someone say they would be right with me. About 10 minutes passed and I was finally helped. I sat for over an hour waiting on my car only to notice it didnt seem to ever have moved from where I parked it. When I asked about it I was told that someone had booked 4 6 o'clock reservations and it might be a little longer. I went outside to wait and was approached by the manager who informed me that my car was finished. After he explained that I needed over 500 dollars worth of brake work done I left. I just had brakes put on about 3 months ago. CRIMINALS! I'm not even sure my oil was really changed. Never go back and no one should ever go there. more

Horrible Mechanics 1/12/2011

I had 4 new tires put on my car here and i thought everything was fine. I drove on them for LESS than a year and had to get them all replaced. Come to find out, they were one way tires and Mr. Tire put them on the wrong way. I will NEVER go back here or use them again. more

I had taking my truck in for tires for the winter time when I got there the manager was very kind he came out to look at my truck. I had asked him what the biggest sized tire I could put on my truck was without any clearence issues, without batting an eye the the manager told me the size. When they put the tires on they notified me that I needed an alignment. I then asked if I could go look at the specs they allowed me too. When i was out looking at the alignment the mechanic told me what everything ment and how it would affect my car.My truck drives better than it ever has will definitely go back again thanks guys. more

went to buy 4 for 3 was lied to about the sale and availability of the tires tried to sale my wife more expensive tires and spoke to her with disrespect like she was completly stupid. i did not buy the tires and would never use there service or give one dime to there business.You Would Have To Be Completly STUPID To go Here more

Just like the original poster i brought my wifes 2009 nissan quest in to have tires replaced and front in aligned and to my surprise when i went to pick it up i noticed that the out side of each rim had scratches all the way around the rim on all 4 wheels. when i went back into to notify the manager he insisted that their equipment would not have damaged the wheel. I call bull??// because as anal as i am about my truck and my wifes van i know that it was caused by their equipment. So i picked the van up last night with my wife before Mr Tire closed and did not want to have a piss contest with this retard in front of my pregnant wife and 18 month old son but i will be on my way back their this morning because i lost sleep over this. The bad thing is im a reasonable guy and if they would just have said sorry its our fought i probably would have gotten over it but they lied so thats why im dissapointed. more

we bought 4 new tires here. they offered us an alignment but since we had just had one a few months ago we declined it. within two months the wires were coming through the tires and one went flat. when we took the car back to get a new tires since they were still under warrenty they told us since we did not get an alignment with them the warrenty was not valid since the tires were not worn directly in the middle. I will never buy tires from them again and the employess are very rude and treat you like you are an idiot. they were not nice in the least bit. they have very poor customer service. Save your self time and money and buy your tires somewhere else. more

Mr Tire is Aweful 3/23/2010

I went to Mr Tire for 4 new tires after they replaced them i got home and noticed all 4 rims had scratches on them , they were circular scratches that followed the tire pattern, I brought my truck back to address the situation and they pretty much called me a lier, saying i had hit a curb these were not curb mark I ask the manager how could it be possible that these were curb mark on each tire they were the same perfect circles , i told him i must be really good at hitting curbes, they would not fix it, and told me headquarter would contact me, never did more

At first it was an o.k experience at this location.Not so much the next go round.I wouldn't suggest anyone go to this Mr.Tire.I should have just gone to my regular mechanic.Too much to list as to why I wouldn't recommend them...just stay away. more

Mr Tire Auto Service Centers is a decetful atuto shop! 6/13/2009

I went to get the three tires with the forth one free, to return three month's later after a slow leak and become unimaginable, then when I was there for the repair. Then they told me," you HAVE NO AIR FILTER!" but I refused to replace it that day. When I went to another shop a week later they told me, "YOU HAVE AN AIR FILTER, it's just hard to find." So tell me this how do i go from NOT HAVING AN AIR FILTER to HAVING an AIR FILTER in one weeks time???? Funny thing how Mr. Tire sells air filters and then mine goes missing while I'm there! The whole situation leaves a feeling of DISTRUST! In MR. TIRE OF WESTMINSTER, MD. more

Nice guys, even better service. 8/12/2008

My first impression of Mr. Tire was a good one. One of the managers explained anything and everything to me about the service that was going to be done to my car, and even walked outside to my car with me and showed me what needed to be repaired. Having the tire shop right down the hill from our home is quite a convenience. I haven't heard any "burn outs" at night and our home backs right to the road that the shop is on. Any cars that I have seen coming in and out of the parking lot at night haven't been workers cars. The guys we have encountered numerous times are kind and very willing to help. I would and have recommended Mr. Tire to all of my friends, and neighbors. more

TOTAL IDIOTS WITH VERY POOR CHARACTER!!!!! 6/5/2008

I do agree that they will rip you off to get free tire for themselves. Their employees spend their time burning rubber in and out of the parking lot when they come and leave work. Their employees burn donuts in their lot day and night. Three of the employess drive jeeps and other old pickup trucks. In the winter when it snows or it is icy they also do donuts in the parking lot. They have been warned many times by the neighbors and the Mr. Tire Regional Manager, total idiots who do not have respect for the company they represent or for others who live in the area. CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW THEY WOULD RESPECT YOUR VEHICLE WHEN YOU ARE NOT AROUND? DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR SERVICE. CHECK YOUR BILL AND THEIR WORK TWICE. You are better to take your car elsewhere for service. If you do experience any problems call the Better Business Bureau or their Regional Manager Mr. Wade @ 410-321-8077 I am sure that the good reviews that are posted were written by the idiots themselves! more

Won't be going back 12/12/2007

Mr Tire was advertising buy 3 tires, get 1 free so I made an appointment to have all four tires replaced on my car. The guy behind the counter took my information and asked if I'd like them to do an alignment, if needed. I said no, I had one done last year and didn't think it needed one. Later he came to the waiting area and told me my car did in fact need an alignment (big surprise) for $79 and a front brake job for $225. They added another $22 for "shop supplies" and tried to sell me a road hazard warranty for the tires, at a cost of $14 a tire. Now I know how they can afford to give away free tires. I will definitely NOT be going back for the free rotations. I can't afford any more of Mr. Tire's freebees!!! more

Depends on who you get 11/2/2005

While some of the employees here are straight-forward and friendly, there are some who will try to tell you there are things wrong with your vehicle when there isn't. It's still the best service center in westminster, though. more

I initially visited this auto service center to purchase tires, but quickly became a regular customer for all of the maintenance on my vehicle. I have found this center to be one of the best in the area. I have had brake work done (they offer a life time guarantee) and when I needed new brakes they were replaced for free. Appointments are available so that the wait is kept to a minimum. The employees are suberb ! Ihighly recommend this service center. more
