Just like the original poster i brought my wifes 2009 nissan quest in to have tires replaced and front in aligned and to my surprise when i went to pick it up i noticed that the out side of each rim had scratches all the way around the rim on all 4 wheels. when i went back into to notify the manager he insisted that their equipment would not have damaged the wheel. I call bull??// because as anal as i am about my truck and my wifes van i know that it was caused by their equipment. So i picked the van up last night with my wife before Mr Tire closed and did not want to have a piss contest with this retard in front of my pregnant wife and 18 month old son but i will be on my way back their this morning because i lost sleep over this. The bad thing is im a reasonable guy and if they would just have said sorry its our fought i probably would have gotten over it but they lied so thats why im dissapointed.
