Mr. Rooter Plumbing was absolutely wonderful. They came when we had an emergency situation. Our water had turned off and would not turn back on. We were going to have company the next day. We called them, and they came the same day. We called them because we were familiar with their service, as they had worked in our home when we first moved in. We are very grateful to them. They were cooperative and fair. more

I had a bad smell in my bathroom, and couldn't figure out what was causing it. I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Central Florida, and they came to investigate the smell. The guys who came were good, and they spent time looking at the project, and trying to figure out the problem was. However, the prices they charged were too high for me. They said that I would need to repaint the whole bathroom, when actually the problem was just the bathtub plug was stuck and my husband figured that out. more

The plumber who came to my house from Mr. Rooter Plumbing Central Florida was good, and the service turned out as I expected. I purchased a treatment for the drain in my sink and tub that turned out fine. What I didn't appreciate was the customer service representatives whom I spoke with on the phone. If you miss their call and call right back, they'll tell you that you have to wait. Kind of rude! more

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Central Florida has been great to work with and I am satisfied with the outcome of their work. The work was done in a timely and professional manner, with a prompt arrival and efficient results provided to me with the belief that these folks knew what they were doing. I asked several questions about the work being performed, all of which were answered and explained in detail. My only down note being that the service was somewhat expensive in my opinion, being that the water heater needed to be replaced as soon as possible and there was little discount on that fact. They tried to accommodate on the price as much as they could, knowing that the situation was urgent and I couldn't go forward otherwise. But it was still pricey and I don't know how good of a value I got based on the high price. The technician also re-routed the water lines which was great but didn't elevate the water heater because he stated it was uneccessary due to the re-routed lines. So in that aspect they were pretty good in explaining their reasoning for doing things the way they did and overall I would probably use them again if needed be, although I would search around a bit for more affordable companies beforehand. There was no lack of skill or knowledge with these folks though and I think most people would be thoroughly impressed with the outcome of their work. more

Mr Rooter Plumbing Central Florida did a really good job. They've been out here a couple times and found some stuff I'd never known I had. Last time, we were losing water and couldn't figure out where it was leaking from. They are friendly, know what they're doing and the prices are reasonable. more

My wife has beautiful, rich hair, but she sheds like a dog. The drains in our beach house are from 1961, so we called Mr Rooter Plumbing Central Florida. Everything we asked to be fixed was fixed. My wife said the best part is that they didn't show one $@!#% crack! Four stars is pretty good; you only earn a five for buying me wine and flowers. more

We called Mr. Rooter Plumbing when we had a clogged drain line and needed some plumbing work done. The servicemen were very nice and they did everything possible to unclog the drain. We later recognized that it drained better, but not correctly so we called back the next day and they came right back to fix the problem. The serviceman managed to clear the line the second time and we have had no further problems. more

I mistakenly clicked Mr. Rooter instead of Roto Rooter. I didn't realize there was a similar sounding company. I called and described drainfield and septic issues when I booked the appt ; specifying I had two different plumbers over the week before who agreed it was my septic tank. I reiterated all of this to the Mr. Rooter plumber who showed up. Not once did he stop and say that he was a plumber, and not from the septic tank co. Until he wrote up a $213 bill and said I need Roto Rooter to help me and that people get them mixed up all of the time! more

Mr Rooter Plumbing Central Florida came out to remove the toilet in our secondary bathroom. They had to snake out the drain, and they did a very good job. There were no water leaks, and everything turned out real nice. They had good follow up. more

When I called for a quote on a particular service that should not have required an estimate, I was told that I needed an estimate and had to make an appointment. Not only did I have to wait to complete my bid pool, the technician showed up without the equipment needed for the service requested and immediately attempted to sell us a more expensive procedure. I would not trust this business. more

I have had quite a mixed experience when it comes to the services of Mr. Rooter Plumbing Central Florida. The guy they sent out seemed to be knowledgeable, dressed cleanly and was pleasant to talk to but when he showed up to conduct the job, his truck was ill equipped to handle the service call and that in turn delayed the process of fixing the issue. Over the phone I was promised that the initial estimate would be free of charge and in turn that ended up costing me about $150, although he did show me what was wrong once he got into the septic tank. After conducting the initial estimate, he didn't cover the septic tank lid back up and the sealant to close the lid air-tight wasn't even applied. He also didn't let anyone know he was doing all this till after the job was done and although he fixed the issue eventually at the price he quoted me, I was unsure if that was a reasonable price or not. I probably would not use Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Central Florida again if I had to unless I couldn't get someone else to come out to do the job. Jerry C. more

The young man that "Mr. Rooter" assigned to us, has been a pleasure to work with. "Justin" is helping us go thru the various stages of a complete remodel of our Master bathroom. He is very knowledgeable, keeps everything clean and tidy . We are happy we chose Mr. Rooter. more

They are very nice people but not organized! One person says one thing then the next says something else. I had a big job done and I get the lack of urgency to want to come back to my house but this is my home that they left this way. I was told they would fix the wall they broke and repaint it. Well it's over a month now and I'm still waiting. Now it's up to me to remove the debris they left on my front lawn and around, paint the front of my house and pay the fine my HOA is charging me! So thanks Mr. plumber! more

Had some scheduling issues when I made teh appointment. 1st day they cancelled on me. Second day they were late in getting there. But once he got there things were very professional. I had Alex as my plumber and he was knowledgable and very easy to talk to about the issue at hand. more
