Review content:
Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Central Florida has been great to work with and I am satisfied with the outcome of their work. The work was done in a timely and professional manner, with a prompt arrival and efficient results provided to me with the belief that these folks knew what they were doing. I asked several questions about the work being performed, all of which were answered and explained in detail. My only down note being that the service was somewhat expensive in my opinion, being that the water heater needed to be replaced as soon as possible and there was little discount on that fact. They tried to accommodate on the price as much as they could, knowing that the situation was urgent and I couldn't go forward otherwise. But it was still pricey and I don't know how good of a value I got based on the high price. The technician also re-routed the water lines which was great but didn't elevate the water heater because he stated it was uneccessary due to the re-routed lines. So in that aspect they were pretty good in explaining their reasoning for doing things the way they did and overall I would probably use them again if needed be, although I would search around a bit for more affordable companies beforehand. There was no lack of skill or knowledge with these folks though and I think most people would be thoroughly impressed with the outcome of their work.
