I have had quite a mixed experience when it comes to the services of Mr. Rooter Plumbing Central Florida. The guy they sent out seemed to be knowledgeable, dressed cleanly and was pleasant to talk to but when he showed up to conduct the job, his truck was ill equipped to handle the service call and that in turn delayed the process of fixing the issue. Over the phone I was promised that the initial estimate would be free of charge and in turn that ended up costing me about $150, although he did show me what was wrong once he got into the septic tank. After conducting the initial estimate, he didn't cover the septic tank lid back up and the sealant to close the lid air-tight wasn't even applied. He also didn't let anyone know he was doing all this till after the job was done and although he fixed the issue eventually at the price he quoted me, I was unsure if that was a reasonable price or not. I probably would not use Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Central Florida again if I had to unless I couldn't get someone else to come out to do the job.
