McCutchan Alley plumbing 7/4/2016

Hard work for Charles & Mr. Rooter crew. But, they did a wonderful job and our water is now flowing to the main line. It was all neatly put together at night and traffic was able to get through alley. Thank you again, Charles, Will certainly use Mr. Rooter and Charles, the next time we need a plumber. more

How to get a job done 6/29/2016

Mark came to my house with hopes to get in and out he assured me it would be quick until I noticed he's been hear for 45 minutes so I asked if every thing was fine turned out my main sewer line was destroyed I'm so glad he caught it before it flooded out my house Mark was a awesome experience for me and my family he's a character thanks Mark hope to never see you again but if I do need a plumber it will be you for sure more

Sean Dyar - AMAZING Service Provider! 6/4/2016

Sean Dyar came out to help us with an emergency water leak and was wonderful. He was kind, professional, courteous, and did the job with the utmost care. He worked to fix a leak in my master closet and it was hot, hot, hot in there but he worked hard and without a complaint! Afterwards, he cleaned up and made sure that it was super clean! Drain clogged 5/16/2016

Jorge was quick to respond and pleasant to talk to. He jump into action explained everything clearly to me and asked me if I understood. Once completed with the job he clean up everything and left the site cleaner than when he got there. more

Broken Pipe 3/17/2016

Jorge from Mr. Rooter responded quickly when we called one night recently with a broken pipe in our driveway. He fixed the pipe promptly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend their service! more

Home Sewer Line Replacement 2/11/2016

Mr. Rooter and Leo did a great job in identifying a bad main sewer line at my home, and gave me several options, and installation went very well with minimal interruption. Definitely would recommend to friends/family/associates. more

repipe job 12/28/2015

The plumbing job was satisfactory. The price was about $2500 too high. The yard was left an absolute mess. A mistake was made as to where the pipes were placed and a deep hole was dug which was not refilled properly. Angel V. was rude and did not give me the "advertised " discounts. Sean D. had to fix the hole that sunk on Christmas eve. He was a very nice person. I am now a member of Next Door which is a very active neighborhood site for recommending various home improvement companies. Mr. Rooter will not be one of those. I was also told I need additional work which I had someone from the M.B, City inspector office tell me I did not need, Also an engineer and the company that previously did work for me agreed this work was not necessary So much for honesty. Too bad---referrals are important to a number of companies. more

A good day it was 10/24/2015

Mr. Rooter sent out technician Jorge to my house which he was a blessing, he took care of my clogged drain no problem. He was courtious and respectable as well as friendly, I will definitely have Jorge fix any plumbing problems in the future. Thank you so much Jorge more
