Businiess name:  Mr. Rooter Plumbing
Review by:  Guest
Review content:
The plumbing job was satisfactory. The price was about $2500 too high. The yard was left an absolute mess. A mistake was made as to where the pipes were placed and a deep hole was dug which was not refilled properly. Angel V. was rude and did not give me the "advertised " discounts. Sean D. had to fix the hole that sunk on Christmas eve. He was a very nice person. I am now a member of Next Door which is a very active neighborhood site for recommending various home improvement companies. Mr. Rooter will not be one of those. I was also told I need additional work which I had someone from the M.B, City inspector office tell me I did not need, Also an engineer and the company that previously did work for me agreed this work was not necessary So much for honesty. Too bad---referrals are important to a number of companies.
