It is also unbelievable that a customer who had ALWAYS paid us at the time of service REFUSED to pay after she was at least twice asked to do so. And yes, the line needs to be replaced at some point because once a line gets roots in it, they can never be completely removed, Nancy Klein. more

unbelievably rude and hateful owner! 3/1/2012

Had used their service several times in the past and always good service. However never talked to the owner until yesterday - she was unbelievably rude and hateful! I will not use them again. also the techinacian that came out said that we need to replace our sewer line ASAP and quoted a price of $4000.00. We called another plumber and he suggested that we wait to see if we have more problems before we have something like that done. \r \r Again I cannot believe how rude and hateful the owner was!!!!!!!! more
